JOB DESCRIPTION

South West Investment Group Services Ltd is a not-for-profit company that has been providing financial support to small and medium sized businesses across the south west for 25 years.

JOB TITLE :                         Administration and Monitoring Officer

HOURS :                               37.5 hours per week (8.30 am – 5 pm)

SALARY :                              c. £15,000

LOCATION :                         Truro

HOLIDAYS :                         20 days

RESPONSIBLE TO :          Office Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB :

  • To support the Office Manager in providing administrative services to the Company, including responsibility for the collection and maintenance of client monitoring information.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collection of financial and output information from client businesses, including direct liaison with customers
  • Uploading and maintaining output information on the CRM
  • Production of regular monitoring reports for the funding bodies
  • Production of standard letters and documents under direction of the Office Manager
  • General office duties including:

–           dealing with telephone/postal enquiries

–           greeting/attending to visitors

–           general photocopying and filing

–           opening and distribution of post

–           ordering of stationery items

–           franking machine

  • Provision of secretarial services to Company staff as required
  • Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of the post
