SWIG Finance continues to grow with several exciting new appointments and promotions being recently made.
Kirsty Richards has been appointed to the new position of Portfolio Manager. Kirsty is well known in our local business community, having worked for 19 years at Barclays, including positions as Branch Manager and Business Relationship Manager.
Jules Burton and Helen Kaye have joined SWIG as Start Up Loans advisors. Helen has commercial as well as banking experience, most recently as Universal Banker with HSBC. Jules has a background in consumer and business support services, latterly as Business Development Manager with Unlocking Potential.

Business Manager Nicki Kimberley will also be taking on a new role as Compliance Manager from October, alongside her current position as Business Manager for Devon and Cornwall.
Finally Marketing and Communications Manager, Lisa Nathan, has joined the Senior Management Team, having led SWIG’s marketing efforts for the last 4 years and this year gaining her Certificate in Marketing at Level 6.
Of the team changes, SWIG’s Managing Director, John Peters, Comments “I’m delighted to welcome our new recruits and excited by the all-new improved team. I’m confident that our staff’s shared enthusiasm, commitment, and ability will help the company move on to achieve even greater impact.”
