Regional Responsible Finance provider, SWIG Finance has restructured its board and appointed three new directors.
Jonathan Johns, Christine Allison and Jaya Chakrabarti strengthen the SWIG Finance board joining existing board members, David Savill, Partner and Head of Corporate and Business Services at Bishop Fleming, SWIG Finance Managing Director, John Peters, former Managing Director Peter Casey and Winston Duguid.
South West Investment Group Services Ltd, which trades as SWIG Finance also welcomes Malachy McReynolds, former Managing Director of fine chocolate makers, Elizabeth Shaw Ltd, as its Chairman. Mr McReynolds moves to the SWIG Finance board as part of a restructure, having previously acted as a board member for the fund-holding arm of the group, SWIG Capital. William Baker joins Mr McReynolds in moving from the SWIG Capital to SWIG Finance board.
