We are delighted to announce that Jordan Berg has joined SWIG Finance as Business Manager to serve Bristol and the surrounding areas.
This newly created role will strengthen SWIG’s profile by increasing visibility in the area, enabling us to support more businesses with access to finance.
Jordan’s role focuses on originating new business and appraising lending proposals for SMEs and Entrepreneurs across Bristol, Gloucestershire and Swindon, and everywhere in between.
With over seven years’ experience in the Financial Services sector, Jordan understands the challenges and obstacles that many SMEs and new startups face.
Jordan launched his career at Barclays Bank, beginning his journey as a cashier. During his time there Jordan worked a number of different roles across retail and business banking, finally as a Small Business Manager. This role supported startups and locals SMEs with their banking requirements and future growth ambitions.
Following this experience, Jordan studied and completed a foundation certificate in Marketing which led him to join a B2B media company, Insider. His role there as Business Development Manager involved supporting clients grow their business through bespoke marketing and business development strategies. This has allowed him to boost his creativity and strengthen his understanding of what it takes for businesses to achieve their goals.
Following his stint in B2B media, Jordan is looking forward to rejoining the Finance sector and is excited about his role at SWIG.

In his spare time, Jordan likes to stay active by playing football twice a week. As a keen traveller, Jordan enjoys exploring far flung destinations and he is always looking for his next adventure.
