Broadway-based Cotswold Chiropractic Health Centre is the latest business to benefit from Start Up Loan support via SWIG Finance.
The £15k funding was used to support the launch of the business, including the fit-out of the clinic and marketing costs. Thanks to this funding, the business has exceeded its 6-month targets within its first month of trading.
Led by Jennifer Tomes and Matthew Norris, the centre has been established to meet local need and ease NHS waiting times.
Jennifer and Matthew are both experienced healthcare professionals; Jennifer has a Masters in Chiropractic, and Matthew has worked in community healthcare for over 6 years.
The business plans to create further local job opportunities in the New Year, including a Chiropractic Assistant and Sports Massage therapist.
Matthew said “This funding has transformed our ability to start this business successfully. We have been able to invest a proper amount into marketing which we would not have been able to do otherwise. Additionally, fitting the clinic to a high standard allows us to deliver our high-quality services”.
