SWIG Finance has expanded its Bristol team following the appointment of Jordan Berg as Business Manager. Based at Leigh Court Business Centre, the team now has 3 business managers to help meet customer demand, which has accelerated with the governments’ CBILS scheme.

Jordan joins Sarah Osborn and Nicola Mapp to support SMEs throughout Bristol, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Somerset.

Sarah Osborn

Business Manager Sarah joined SWIG Finance in 2012 when it merged with Bristol Enterprise Development Fund. Sarah, who lives by the River Severn in South Gloucestershire, has a wealth of experience in small business lending and support in the West of England and works with businesses trading up to two years.

Nicola Mapp

Nicola (Nic) joined SWIG Finance as Business Manager in April 2019 having gained over 16 years’ experience in Bristol’s Financial Services sector, including Triodos and Co-operative Bank. Nic is passionate about supporting local SMEs, as well as Bristol City Football Club. Nicola supports SMEs who have been trading over two years.

Jordan Berg

Before joining SWIG Finance, Jordan gained extensive experience in small business lending at Barclays Bank in Bristol, as well as business development experience at Business Insider magazine. Jordan’s passion is travel, and he is looking forward to being able to do this again before too long. Jordan also works with SMEs trading over two years.
