SWIG Finance has continued to grow its team as its operations expand across the South West.

Adele Jones has joined the team as Associate Business Manager and will be supporting small business customers across the region with their loan applications. Adele has financial services experience working at Which?, NatWest and most recently as Branch Manager for Everyday Loans in Bristol.

Suzy Lowe has joined SWIG’s Start Up Loans team as a Loan Officer, having previously set up her successful catering business with the help of a Start Up Loan. Suzy has also been a hospitality franchise manager, Lloyds Bank Commercial Manager and Business Advisor with YTKO.

There have also been further internal team promotions, with Mark Thayre moving into the position of Credit Manager, and Jo MacEachen taking over from Mark as Start Up Loans Senior Manager.
