Salary: £14,880–£16,200 per annum (3 days per week), equivalent to £24,800–£27,000 FTE

SWIG Finance is seeking a creative, organised, and enthusiastic marketer looking to take the next step in their career. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting content, digital activity, data projects, and day-to-day marketing administration.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help raise SWIG Finance’s profile and support business growth across multiple channels.
You’ll support the smooth delivery of day-to-day marketing activity, including content creation, digital marketing, PR, events, data tracking, and business development support.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft, edit, and publish content including case studies, website updates, and social media
• Support PR activity, press outreach, and tracking coverage
• Assist with SEO, backlink building, and content refreshes
• Create and schedule social media content and assist with quarterly e-newsletters
• Support business development initiatives and marketing materials
• Maintain marketing data, trackers, and reporting
• Provide logistical support for events, including calendars and bookings
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Basic understanding of SEO, PR, and data handling
• Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Experience in a marketing, communications, or admin role
• Full driving licence or ability to commute reliably to Truro or Bristol
Desirable:
• Marketing qualifications
• Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, or similar tools

Working Hours & Location
This is a part-time role (22.5 hours per week). We’re flexible on how hours are worked across the week.
Hybrid working, with typically one office day per week; onboarding will include additional office-based days.
